James A. McGregor, MDCM, is Visiting Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. He received his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal and completed his Internship at Harbor General Hospital. His Residency was completed at the University of California Los Angeles and Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center's Women's & Children's Hospital. He continued his training as a Fellow in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
From 1977 to 2000, he was Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. MacGregor has lectured widely and published extensively on many areas of obstetrics, in particular infectious diseases in women. He joined the USC Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in 2004.
